A iniciativa evidenciou a riqueza cultural e gastron\u00f3mica partilhada entre as duas margens do Guadiana, refor\u00e7ando o valor da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o e da aprendizagem conjunta. <\/p>\n<p>O programa incluiu ainda visitas t\u00e9cnicas a unidades hoteleiras e tur\u00edsticas de Vila Real de Santo Ant\u00f3nio e uma visita interpretativa \u00e0 Reserva Natural do Sapal de Castro Marim e VRSA, proporcionando aos participantes uma perspetiva mais ampla sobre o potencial do territ\u00f3rio enquanto destino de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, turismo e empregabilidade.<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa refor\u00e7ou o compromisso da Odiana em valorizar o Baixo Guadiana como territ\u00f3rio de oportunidades, promovendo a empregabilidade jovem e o contacto direto com o setor empresarial local. Ao aproximar estudantes, escolas e empresas de ambos os lados da fronteira, os \u201cT-Days 2025\u201d contribu\u00edram para fortalecer as rela\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais e formativas entre Portugal e Espanha. <\/p>\n<p>O projeto EURES-T Andaluzia-Algarve \u00e9 coordenado pelo Servicio Andaluz de Empleo (SAE), em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o IEFP, I.P., e conta com parceiros de ambos os lados da fronteira, e outros atores institucionais e empresariais que desenvolvem atividade no territ\u00f3rio
