Trabalho portugu\u00e9s (Lei 7\/ 2009 de 12 de febrero) en su redacci\u00f3n actual contempla la reducci\u00f3n temporal del per\u00edodo normal de trabajo o la suspensi\u00f3n del contrato de trabajo (lay-off), por iniciativa de la empresa, por un hecho imputable al empleador en situaci\u00f3n de crisis empresarial por motivos de mercado, estructurales o tecnol\u00f3gicos, cat\u00e1strofes u otras situaciones que hayan afectado gravemente a la actividad normal de la empresa, siempre que esta medida sea indispensable para asegurar la viabilidad de la empresa y el mantenimiento de los puestos de trabajo (art. 298 y ss).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42ed942 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"42ed942\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote><p>Como consecuencia de la pandemia de COVID-19 y sus efectos en el mercado de trabajo el Gobierno de Portugal promulga el Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 10-G\/2020 de 26 de marzo a trav\u00e9s del cual se establece una medida excepcional y temporal de protecci\u00f3n de los puestos de trabajo, que se inspira en el r\u00e9gimen tradicional de Lay Off y que se conoce como Lay Off Simplificado y pretende ser m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y flexible que su antecesora.<\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd3c334 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bd3c334\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>La empresa que se adhieran a un proceso de Lay Off Simplificado podr\u00e1n suspender el contrato de trabajo o reducir el horario de sus trabajadores.<\/li><li>Los trabajadores tendr\u00e1n derecho a recibir 2\/3 de la remuneraci\u00f3n bruta, siendo el 70% aportado por la Seguran\u00e7a Social (Pt) y el 30% por la empresa.<\/li><li>La remuneraci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 como l\u00edmite m\u00ednimo el salario m\u00ednimo nacional (635\u20ac) y como m\u00e1ximo tres salarios m\u00ednimos (1.095\u20ac).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf95e6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bf95e6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">PROCEDIMIENTO<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f592d9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f592d9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>El empleador deber\u00e1 comunicar por escrito a los trabajadores la decisi\u00f3n de solicitar el apoyo, indicando la duraci\u00f3n previsible del mismo.<\/li><li>De inmediato la empresa remitir\u00e1 la solicitud electr\u00f3nica a la Seguran\u00e7a Social acompa\u00f1ada de una lista nominativa y el n\u00famero de Seguridad Social de todos los trabajadores afectados por esta medida.<\/li><li>El trabajador transfronterizo con residencia en Andaluc\u00eda tendr\u00e1 el mismo tratamiento que el trabajador residente en Portugal y no tendr\u00e1 que realizar ning\u00fan tr\u00e1mite adicional
